Vanilla Cupcake [The amount of ingredients were the amount of 12 cupcakes instead of 6 so we halved it]

Prediction

I think it is not going to come out that well because of the amount of ingredients.

Apparatus

1 cup, 1/4 cup, teaspoons, muffin pan, paper liners, bowl, stand mixer,

Method

I am going to preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.Then I line up a 12 cup muffin pan with paper liners.Whisk the flour, baking powder and salt in a bowl.Next we beat the butter and sugar in a stand mixer fitted with the paddle attachment on medium high speed until it is fluffy, about 4 minutes. Then we beat in the eggs on eat a time and we beat the vanilla extract. We reduce the mixer speed to medium low.Next we beat in half of the flour mixture, then the milk, then the remaining flour mixture until combined.

Put the cupcake in the oven for 18 minutes

chocolate frosting

Results

My vanilla was pretty big,it did not balance. It looked freshly baked out of the oven

Analysis

I got my results because I doubled the baking powder

Conclusion

My prediction was correct

Evaluation

I would change the amount of Baking powder

Chocolate cupcake

Prediction

I think that the cupcake is going to turn out great because we are putting the exact  half of the amount

Apparatus

1 cup,1/4 cup,teaspoons,muffin pan,paper lines,bowl,stand mixer

Method

Same thing with the vanilla cupcake except adding the chocolate

How we made the chocolate:We put chocolate chip with butter in the microwave which is 1 minute

I am gong to add some sprinkles with chocolate frosting

Results

The chocolate cupcakes were unbalanced because the paper line was too big for the Muffin tray but most of ii was success.

Analysis

I got my results because I put the right amount of my ingredients and it was not balanced because the paper lines was over sized

Conclusion

My prediction partially correct

Evaluation

I would change the muffin trey or the paper lines.
